About Attorney Daniel H. Kyser - Your Trusted Advocate
A proud Colorado native, I discovered my passion for standing up to bullies who wielded authority at a young age. As I grew older, I realized that I could channel this passion into making a meaningful difference in the lives of others as a criminal defense lawyer.
I am a graduate of Colorado State University (2003), and before that, I spent several formative years at Fort Lewis College in Durango. I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007, solidifying my commitment to the field of law and justice.
When I'm not advocating for my clients, my wife and I love to explore the world and catch a Rockies game. One of our favorite pastimes is hiking with our beloved dog at some of Colorado's hidden gems—a privilege I've enjoyed over four decades of exploring our beautiful State.
Having gained invaluable experience working for various law firms in the metro area, I decided to establish the Law Office of Daniel H. Kyser, L.L.C. in 2009. Since then, I have proudly provided criminal defense and appellate services to individuals throughout Colorado. My track record is battle-tested, and I'm confident that the scare tactics employed by district attorneys don't work on me.
I handle all types of criminal defense cases in Colorado State, Federal, and Municipal Courts, including Assaults, Domestic Violence, Driving Under the Influence (DUI and DWAI), Drug Possession/Distribution, Harassment, Burglary, and Criminal Mischief.
